These terms of Service govern the use of services provided by Katsutomo Shiibara (Go-stepbystep).
Service Description:
Online Japanese language coaching sessions delivered via Zoom.
Reservations and Attendance:
Users are responsible for attending lessons at the scheduled time and ensuring a stable internet connection.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Repeated Cancellations:
Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may affect future reservations.
Intellectual Property:
All lesson materials and website content are the property of Go-stepbystep and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Refund Policy:
Trial sessions are refundable only if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Monthly plans may be canceled before the next billing date.
Refund processing may take 3–5 business days.
Limitation of Liability:
Go-stepbystep is not responsible for technical issues or service interruptions outside of our control.
Changes to Terms:
These terms may be updated without prior notice.
Governing Law:
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
