Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of services provided by Go-stepbystep.

Service Description:
Online Japanese language coaching sessions delivered via Zoom.

Pricing:
Trial session: $60
Monthly plan: $220

Payment:
Payment is required at the time of booking via Stripe.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Refund Policy:
Trial sessions are refundable only if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Monthly plans may be canceled before the next billing date.
Refund processing may take 3–5 business days.

Limitation of Liability:
Go-stepbystep is not responsible for technical issues outside of our control.
